Hussein Balhas.  Lebanese boy born with Fraser Syndrome, a very rare genetic disorder, characterized by partial webbing of the fingers and toes, kidney abnormalities, genital malformations, hearing defects, and complete or partial fusing of the eyelids.  45% die before their first birthday.  Hussein was brought to the United States for corrective surgical procedures by the ALO Cultural Foundation.  Hussein is now back in school in Lebanon.
